- Technology Prerequisite Skills:- Students are capable of understanding how video is integrated into the classroom. They know how to use Microsoft Word to record information.

- Student Technology Standards for the Lesson:- Communication and Collaboration – students are going to be interacting with their peers and teacher while listening to a CD via an MP3 player.
- Objectives:- At the end of the lesson the students would be able to:
- Apply their knowledge of physical fitness and healthy eating in their daily lives

- Materials and Supplies:- Notebook and pencil
- Lesson Description:- The teacher introduces the lesson by telling the class how important physical fitness is. She would also stress on the point the importance of incorporating fruits and vegetables in our daily diet. The teacher would then take the students outside to do some physical exercises. An MP3 player would be used to facilitate the instructions of the various physical exercises. The students are required to participate, since from today they are required to do some sort of physical exercises daily. They are also required to comment on the kind of exercise they did, for how long and how it made them feel. This exercise log would be done on a Microsoft Word document. Daily they would add their comments. This would prolong for about two weeks.
